Our services for dentists and physicians include tax preparation, financial statements, accounting, payroll solutions, tax planning, assisting with financial planning, practice valuations, estate planning, budgeting, equipment leasing, computer consulting, new practice setup, buy-sell agreements, salary and benefit surveys and business brokerage, to name a few. Our principals have over 80 years combined experience in private industry executive management positions (CFO, Tax Director, Director of Internal Audit, Director of Financial Planning/Analysis and President) and in some cases have started and owned their own companies. They have worked in both public and privately held companies. Many of our principals and employees came from Big Four accounting firms and Fortune 500 companies. We have an appreciation for the level of training and experience gained from these firms. As a result of the team approach we have created, and our level of expertise, we believe we are more responsive to our client's needs. We are also one of the few CPA firms that are affiliated with two CPA/Tax attorneys that meet with our clients as needed, in our offices or your office. We have experience valuing medical and dental practices. Three certified/accredited valuation experts are included in our staff. Practice valuation determines the value of a physician's ownership interest in a medical practice. A practice valuation usually is a result of a request by physicians, hospitals, insurance companies and other entities or physicians who want to acquire medical practices. To effectively manage a medical practice in today's world, a practice should be computerized. We can assist in making recommendations on the purchase of hardware and implementation of a new system, or in upgrading old systems. In addition to financial detail work, we advise and assist physicians and dentists in planning for the future. We suggest ways to increase office productivity. We work with several sources to provide advice on life insurance matters and personal investment options. We can assist in developing pension plans, and in estate and retirement planning. We can also help fine tune tax strategies and make sure you are operating in the most tax efficient entity. We help clients maximize their success and avoid financial trouble by maintaining regular contact with their financial advisors and accountants. Throughout the year one of our principals visits with each client to review goals and to address questions that come up in their practice.
